Description:
PEL-ROK 17R4 is a block copolymer surfactant with terminal secondary hydroxyl
groups, rendering it a lower foamer. It is 100% active, has a molecular weight of
approx. 2650 Daltons and is composed of approximately 45% ethylene oxide &
55% propylene oxide. PEL-ROK 17R4 is a liquid at typical ambient temperatures.
It has an HLB of to 7 to 12 and is soluble in water at room temperature.
