Description:
PEL-SIL CL320 is a low HLB silicone surfactant and a leveling & gloss agent. It is used as an additive for polyurethane coating resin systems. PEL-SIL 9107 will react into PU coatings to give silicone properties to the surface because it is hydroxyl functional. It is useful for imparting silicone characteristics into synthetic leather top coat formulations.
