Description:
PEL-SIL CL390 is a specialty quaternary organosilicone. The dialkyl-quat polysiloxane is substantive to fibers. It provides anti-stat, lubricity and softness in textile coating applications. It is non-yellowing and water repellent. PEL-SIL can be used as additive to impart antimicrobial activity for polysiloxane coatings in medical device and marine coatings.
